    烧烤出来的木薯糕的表层焦金黄色,味道香浓,有着浓厚的古早味。如果要取得最佳味道,请选用白色果肉的木薯,因为其含有更高的淀粉含量。

    Step 1

    把材料A全部混合拌匀,倒入一个已铺好油纸的蒸盘中,大火蒸25分钟,取出摊凉。Mix all ingredients A well, pour into a steaming tray lined with oil paper, steam on high heat for 25 minutes, take out and let cool.

    Step 2

    将木薯糕表面涂上牛油,放入烤箱以200℃烤至金黄色即可取出,待凉后切块享用。Coat the surface of the tapioca cake with butter, bake in the oven at 200°C until the top is a light golden brown color. Remove and allow cake to cool before cutting and serving.
